I think I might have made my installshield corrupt somehow. Maybe deleting files in the installshield folder made it corrupt. Does anyone know how to fix an installshield?
I also get this popup while trying to uninstall programs, and I can't install certain programs too like AVG 7.5 but I can install AVG anti-spyware somehow.

You picture is pretty much useless as you can't read it. Don't know if it would work but what about performing a system restore?

Ive already system restored and it comes up to an incomplete restoration pop up.

3.1 is available. I would guess there may be issues with 3.0.

OTH -- shh! The OP's screenshot is perfect (just view it at full original size, not "fit to window" size)...shh!

fooloozero -- follow Per's and OTH's advice above, re-install, or update your installer.. this is not an uncommon problem, unfortunately.

And while you're at it, obtain MS's Windows Installer Clean Up utility (free), it's worth the time.

Alright, I get a popup when trying to install MS's Windows Installer Clean Up Utility:

I can't provide a screenshot because when I try opening up photoshop or imageready, i get another popup:

HELP!
