The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility has been available for download at MS site since August 2004. THIS MSKB article describes its use. There are two things you need to keep in mind. The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility does not:

1. Remove Windows Installer.

2. Remove files of any programs that are installed by Windows Installer, such as Microsoft Office 2003.
