HI.......trying to install Window XP home(full) on my system.Trouble is when set-up starts copying files to installation folder i keep getting file not found messages,press esc to skip,start pressing esc and this continues!!! must be about 60-80 times.Not a scratch on the disc,ITS BRAND NEW!!!!!!Ive installed succesfully of it before.Any ideas its driving me crazy!!!!

Swap out your dvd/cd ro for a spare, its probably that that is the problem, I used to have this with samsung 32xcd roms and win98, turned out that ones with a particular date always gave the same error reading files off any 98 cd, once it was installed they worked fine, also had it on a cd rom when instaling lotus smartsuite for a friend, temporarily swapped his LG cd rom for an older one he had and that let me install it.
I keep a couple of spares just in case this happens atm i have a 32x and an 8x hanging around.

create a copy of that disc to check if the cd is ok.
