'Windows has blocked download' help

I am trying to do a USB connector test on the Nintendo Website, but Windows keeps blocking my download because it doesnt have a valid publisher. I know its dangerous but I reckon i can trust nintendo and i see many people have done the test. Any way I can temporarily turn it off or make it acept the download? Do not question me, unless you have a question
