Hi all can someone say what the average size of the "windows" folder in XP home should be.
Mines is 2.21 GB, which seems a bit large to me, (I've came from windows 98)
thanks

XP is bloated and overly flashy:) it will be quite a bit larger than you are used to.

If you have installed sp1 & other updates the older files are stored in the Windows folder, not sure if it is safe to delete the "ServicePackFiles" folder?
