Ive got a problem with my Recycle Bin, it shows that its full... however inside its empty even when Hidden files are shown but when I choose to empty the bin it asks if I want to remove WINDOWS. does anyone know how to fix this.. I try to restore and it still does it.. even wen I place new items into the bin it wont fix it

That's happened to me several times before. I found a restore point works. Try deleting it in Safe Mode. Once it fixed it self just by me creating shortcuts and deleting them so it might flush the recycle bin. Try a combo of deleting stuff and restoring and stuff. Good luck.

Open the task manager and end process on explorer.exe. Then click file>new task and enter explorer. The recycle bin should be empty now.
