Hi, One setup program changed my a lot of the original system files of my XP Pro ,and Windows Files Protection appeared but I don't have the cd right now ;( So is there any way to show to Windows Files Protection where the setup files of XP are?/ the setup files are on my HDD/
2. How I can make this warning appears before the files are replaced.
Also how I can manually turn on/off Windows File Protection?
10x
P.S. Also into the dialog which appeared there wasn't "browse" button :(

Go to Start > Run > regedit click ctrl+F in the find box type "Sourcepath" without the quotes it should find the key above the one you need. You should recognize it as D:\ or E:\ etc.... 2. by having it ask for the cd it prevents it from doing it without authorization, so i guess that would be have the cd laying around;) other wise its self automated in a way. hope this helps
