Windows Explorer problems

I have I folder on my c drive called xampplite which contains php and mysql and apache. When I copy the folder to my H drive it does it but then I am unable to close windows explorer and then windows exploer locks up. Any ideas

I have no idea, but are these NTFS or FAT32 drives?
Are they both internal IDE/SATA drives or external USB?

They are both internal SATA drives.

Run chkdsk on both drives.

Already done that. Seems it maybe just another Microsoft bug.
