I have a huge problem with windows explorer (and ie) - it doesn't start. It was like this in win2k too, but I upgraded hoping for the problem to go away, but it didn't. when I try to click on any folder (that starts explorer) the startmenu/taskbarthingi disapears, returning some seconds later. some icons in the "notification area" is removed too.. does someone know what to do with this? or is format and new install my only option?
