When I open Windows Explorer, and try to use the scroll bar on the folders, Explorer closes every time.

Any suggestions?

I have a simular problem. When in windows explorer if I try to copy, move or edit files I get a Fatal Error Dialog Box with the message "Unable to create an instance of required object: Server Admin." Then all I can do is click OK.

Reinstall Explorer if you have to. If you had it working before and you changed a setting, use system restore.
