Windows Explorer Background

Comment:
Windows explorer can show a background in the icon area which creates a nice effect. You do this through the use of desktop.ini.
Windowblinds can make the icon area transparent (nice effect too)
Question: Is there any way to control the image's appearance(not tiling it)and is there a way to make transparent at the same time (this would be an eye-candy dream)?
Truth can become lie, but if lies become truth we're in trouble.

If you are running Windows Blinds then you have Stardock. Why don't you consult their documentation? They have a million users! This is not a "computer problem." You should be able to get your answer by going to one of their forums.
