Windows Explorer automatically launches

I'm running windows XP Pro and recently when I start up my system, windows explorer launches automatically. Where can I find out how to disable this from happening so my system just boots to the desktop like it used too.

Check your startup folder and see if internet explorer is in there, if so take it out.
