How do i get into options for reinstall when I have no drives on computer?? It keeps asking for a primary password for WDCWD1600 BEVT-22SZCT.... any clue as to what I need to do???
Have you had the computer long or have you just acquired it? Your disk drive is locked with a password. If you don't have the password then you need to return it to the manufacturer for assistance.
