posted somewhere.I have problem with my windows defragmenter.I googled all night long for this problem,
read 20 topics, and none solve this most common
disk defrag problem.

Error is:

Defragmentation is complete for: Windows (C:)

Some files on this volume could not be defragmented.
Please check the defragmentation report for the list of these files.

I try everything, my page file is turned off(dont have pagefile.sys hidden anywhere.
I try do defragment couple times in a row, try do turn off the modem, safe mode, check disk(both options),boot defragment, registry defragment, junk clean up (ace utilities) all plausible things.

I have 3 particons c,d,e and i get the same error message, also my pc is slow.
Dont have viruses, and spyware.

"my pc is slow"

Posting your system specs would be helpful, but I suspect this statement has at least something to do with it: "my page file is turned off"

That message is NOT AN ERROR. It is an informational message and happens every time you defrag. There are always files that can not be defragged. Games, databases, in use system files are but a few examples of files that can not be defragged.

These are better than my system

Volume fragmentation
Total fragmentation = 0 %
File fragmentation = 0 %
Free space fragmentation = 0 %

File fragmentation
Total files = 16.473
Average file size = 224 KB
Total fragmented files = 1
Total excess fragments = 2
Average fragments per file = 1,00
