I have a friend that when he reboots his system, his Windows directory pops up on screen compliments of Windows Explorer.

I had him check his msconfig, but he doesn't see anything there that looks like it's causing the annoyance.

What is causing it to pop up like that?

It isn't a system threatening problem, but it is starting to bug him.

FWIW, he's running XP Home.

As always, any info is greatly appreciated!!!
