Having a problem with my PC (compaq EVO D300V) - when I turn it on it states

"we apologise for the inconvenience - windows did not start successfully - recent hardware/software changes might Cause this"

it gives options for resarting mainly

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with netwrorking
Safe Mode - Command Prompt
Last Known Good Configuration
Start Normally

No matter which option I start it loops back to the "apologies for the inconvenience" screen - any ideas what to do?
