I've just installed Windows Desktop Search, and it looks quite handy. Thing is, it's been indexing since last night now! (I've set it to index manually at the moment so it can gather everything)

Thing is, as it's been going so long, I've been wondering, typically, what sort of disk space are we talking being used for the index? As my space seems to have dropped by 1.5-2GB. Where is the index file stored so I can check?

Cheers

Alex

You asked for WDS. WDS cache databases will keep growing and growing and growing building and updating info.
