Windows desktop randomly restarts

Its only started to happen recently. But the windows desktop, (explorer in task manager) randomly just disappears and reappears. It doesnt display any error or anything but it just restarts the application if you can call it that. Any help to solve this problem is appreciated.

Mine does it too , to me it seems to be refreshing & can probably be improved , but I have never tried .

That website didnt really help cause it doesnt have any instructions or anything. And i doubt that its a program cause i didnt install anything like that on my computer. It really gets annoying.. Thanks for the post guys I appreciate it. Any more help also appreciated
