Windows delayed write failed error?

My computer was sitting not being used and when I returned there was a bubble telling me Windows was unable to write information to a location on my computer, something to do with Firefox, which I had left open. Below I have pasted the event ID error. What do you make of this?

Yeah, I read that. I didn't really find it that helpful. I was wondering if anyone had any experience as to what could be causing it, especially since I haven't changed any sort of settings or had anything new hooked up and its the first time ive ever gotten it.
