Well I had Windows Update set to Automatically Update. on Augest 8th it did an update and re-started itself. Then when it got back into Windows I saw the desktop for about 3 seconds and it re-started again. It will do this continuously until I load Windows through "Last Known Good Configuration" I have formatted and installed 3 times. But as soon as I use Windows Update it does the exact same thing as before. So any help is appreciated

There's something in that last group of updates that is causing that problem on some machines. In several cases I've seen it was related to USB. On one machine we were able to get it to boot normally by replaced the USB mounse with a ps2 legacy mouse.
