I recently had W32.Dedler.Worm and it seems that my desktop shortcuts for my hard drives have been repointed to uninstall.exe

When I double-click either of the icons for my C drive or my F drive i get a dialog box up with the title "Program Not Found". Inside this dialogue box it goes on to say, "Windows cannot find uninstall.exe" "This program is needed to open files of the type 'File'. Then there is a space for me to "Type in the executable file to be used instead" then a text box and OK, Cancel and Browse... buttons.

Can someone tell me how to repoint these icons to their relevant drives? What would have caused this problem??

Any worm issue is bad news. Kind of hard to tell what to do now. I would think about a reload and get some real AV and internet security software.
