Comment:

hi,

I got this message when i want to use the add/remove program of the control panel.
But also when i right mouse clic on MyComputer and choose Properties :
"
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropiate permissions to access the item.
"
Of course, I use an administrator acount.
I ran panda activScan and spybot and adware.
But nothing had been solved !
I restored my system with a 4 days old checkpoint, but still does not work.
Then, i did a ScanFile on my disk. But no change..

Can someone give me a help ?
Thanks a lot !
