I got this message when i want to use the add/remove program of the control panel. But also when i right mouse clic on MyComputer and choose Properties : " Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropiate permissions to access the item. " Of course, I use an administrator acount. I ran panda activScan and spybot and adware. But nothing had been solved ! I restored my system with a 4 days old checkpoint, but still does not work. Then, i did a ScanFile on my disk. But no change..
