windows can not enable dvd+rw drive

I am trying to use Intervideo WinDVD creator. Yesterday it worked just fine. As of this morning my computer is not recognizing my dvd+rw drive. I have a _NEC DVD+RW ND-2100AD. When going into the device manager to check on the drive it tells me that it is disabled. When trying to enable the device it tells me that windows can not enable the divice.
Summary: I copy some data files into DVD-RW disk via Memorex DVD-RW drive. But this DVD disk can not read by any DVD drive, only Memorex DVD-RW can read it. Is anyone know what it is wrong ? ...
