"In the case of the fifteen year old boy, who was convicted of the first degree murder of a pizza delivery man, the death penalty should not be an option whatsoever. In 1988, a law was passed which stated that anyone the age of sixteen or younger cannot be sentenced to death; the law ultimately has already decided the boy's fate. With the possible evidence not turned over by the prosecutors, a retrial is definitely in order. Withholding evidence is a crime within itself and tampers with the verdict that a jury must decide upon. Anything is possible when gathering new evidence; it could very well lead to a new verdict and prove the boy's innocence or it may lead to others involved with the murder. One should gather all evidence and deliver the just and accurate punishment while also punishing those who withheld the evidence to begin with."

This was a response I got today concerning my Windows Update not working; I was wondering how to check the timer for windows and the bios settings to see if that will fix my problem.

Thanks

I replied topic you on an earlier post but that gibberish wasnt mine... Anyway just double click on the clock in your lower right corner of your screen to bring up the calender.. Just select the correct date and adjust the time if needed and click the ok when all is good.. Next try your windows updates - You should not have to update your bios settings at this time. Im not sure how you access your bios settings.. these are motherboard specific but usually F2 or the DEL key right as the computer is starting up. Good luck..
