I have 2 windows xp on my computer. One of the is showing me an error message when it is starting. It say "system" file is missing or corrupt. The problem is i had my password protected account on that OS and now i can't access them from the other OS. Is there any way i can get back on my files?

Microsoft says no.

There is, however, a way to do this.
You need a linux boot disc.
Do a search in google for xp password reset boot diskette
you might get lucky

Download the "Emergengy Boot CD"

Download follow instructions to burn to cd and boot with it.. In there there is a utility to erease the user(s) password..

Everyone should have a copy of this cd.. Many utilities.
