A ramdisk is a drive that's created using part of your ram. Some bootdisks create a ramdisk to load utilities that may be needed to set up the hard drive.

The fact the ram drive is setting up at C: usually means there is no hard drive connected or it's connected but not partitioned, otherwise it would have set up at D:

Now you need to describe the problem you're having with your system, what led up to the problem and anything you've done to try to fix it.
