When I start Internet Explorer 6 it starts with a full size window. But any link I click to open a new window is ALWAYS small. Even if I stretch or maximize the second window opened, succeeding link windows are small again. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

i have had the same problems in the past. i figured out that the computer remembers the size when you last opend and closed the package.
i figure out if you constantly maximise and then close the IE. rember if a small one is open it still remembers the small one.
try it out and see if it helps.
you mite have to do it quite a few time before it remembers that you want everything opened max.

ekseks, Here's another solution which should work.
Follow the instructions below exactly and your problem should be solved.
Right click the shortcut icon for IE next to the Start button, choose Properties, change it from 'normal' to 'maximized'. Now open it.
Now right click any link on the page, choose Open In New Window....don't maximize it....instead, use the mouse to resize it to what you want it to be.
Now close the FIRST window you opened, and then close the new one you just resized.

Reopen IE from the shortcut icon again, and all windows from now on will be the size you chose and created.

Note: If you don't have an IE icon next to the Start button (Quick Launch area) use the shortcut in your Start/Programs/Internet Explorer and follow the instructions above.

It is a known IE6 bug, sometimes the window does not open back up into full screen. Their fix is to make sure you have only one IE open, re-size it, close and reopen. You might need to do it 2-3 times. Even MS has no confirmed cure for this.
Good luck
