If you have your Winbond CD, there are drivers for Win2000 on it which should work. Let me know as I uninstalled XP after I discovered I couldn't connect(I run an online business so I need to be connected)Did you run "Add new Hardware" after instal/upgrade? and it recognised your PCI Card?
