Win32/Parite AVG message

CPU/Ram: P4, 1,8G, 512
Comment:

I keep having a message with AVG virus program.
"Virus Win32/Parite found in:
c:\System volume information\_(and the long file name)
How can I get rid of that.

Run Avg and tell it to delete the infected file. AVG moves it to the "Vault" from there you can simply delete it.

Thanks but I tried that, it does not get rid of the message. I still have the message.

Any other suggestions please??
