OS: Win XP Pro w/SP2
CPU/Ram: P4 2.6 GHz OC@3.0 w/HT/1

I get a random blue screen every day or every other day that says that win32k.sys has crashed or something. but when the comp restrats and i send the error report it says an unknown device driver crashed. what could be the problem. i know its not a virus or spyware.

Update your chipset driver (motherboard) and also install the latest drivers for your video card and post back with results.

It's helpful to post the 'exact' error message. It's also a good idea to try a Google search with the error message.

i too have this problem,,i did update of my video driver.but it dint help me.and now i made video hardware accelaration in none,still no good result and i dont have idea abt updating chipset and i dont know how to do....pls if u have suggestion..help me out of this,,thanx
