win2k setup not working

Hi i am trying to load w2k in my system which has winxp...by making 4 setup floppys and booting thru them and then installing using the cd as my system for some reason wont boot directly thru the cd..( i checked the boot order and its cd first ) but i get this problem after i insert the 4th and final floppy ...after a while wen it says that win 2000 is starting ...i get a blue screen with the message
