whenever a Lexar USB 2.0 jumpdrive is inserted into the USB port it causes a blue screen and says something about a memory dump and restarts. (the blue screen doesn't stay on long enough to read it all) I have tried 2 different jumpdrives. and this one is one a laptop but I have had it happen on a Gateway Profile a couple of times.

Bug Check 0x35: NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS
http://www.osr.com/DDK/ddtools/bccodes_4opz.htmAre you able to document the error ID number at the stop screen?

My problem was due to corrupt USB drivers.
The following solution solved my problem with the blue screen of death "NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS" appearing whenever I plugged in any USB 2.0 device.
To Fix:
Right click on "My Computer"
Click 'Properties"
Click the "Hardware" tab
Click on "Device Manager"
Expand selections by clicking on the "+"
Expand the very last listing which is "Universal Serial Bus Controllers"right click on each USB device and choose "Uninstall'
Do this on each USB device until "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" is no longer shown
reboot
Just let WinXP do it's thing automatically, including more reboots.
(For the odd driver, (like HP) you may have to have some USB install disks ready. Just follow the manufactuers installation directions.)
