I want to upgrade to win XP I have an fast fame 8VTAA mb(kt133a,3xDIMM,sk A,ata 100, FSB 200/266, !!!AC97-sound!!!,atx),an Conexant SoftK56 modem. Will I have any hardware,software problems (XP says that YES with AC97,modem). What else doesn't work???(games,softs) Does it really worth ? Thanks.
