The folder where this file is included can be downloaded and burned on cd. During a repair install I did I had an issue. Halfway the driver installation I got a window asking for "realtek 10/100/1000 nic family all in one ndis driver win xp". I downloaded this file from the net, scanned it, burned it on cd, and inserted the cd as asked, the file got installed. I few seconds later I was asked for the rtenicxp.sys file. This was included on the cd. Just pointing at it did the trick.
