i have XP Pro and the user i currently use is really slow, and so i created a new user, its faster the the other (probelly because i have so much stuff on the ofther one). and i wanted to know how i can copy all the start menu/desktop icons to the new user i created.

and also i wanted to if i have to reinstall the programs i have.

programs do not need reinstallation.

look in c:\dos and settings\username. you should find all the user information. just copy from teh old username to the new and that's it!

sorry that should have been "c:\docs and settings\username"

be useful if i proofread stuff like that huh?
