win xp net problem

OS: winxp and win98
CPU/Ram: p 4 1.9hz 256ddr

when i use dial up connnection and connect to internet in winxp ,then suddenly after 10 minutes or 15 min a message occurs"system shut down initiated by windows na authority,remote procedure call failed ".and with in 1 min the system shuts down automotically.please help me in solving this problem.but in win 98 there is no problem of this kind at all.so help me
