Hi,
I got a problem with win xp. Wenn just going away from the computer wenn it is downloading for example it will restart my computer in about 15-20 min. Also sometimes just wenn starting something it restarts.
One time my comp. restarted and it couldn't find my harddisk anymore. I needed to shut-down the computer before it could find my harddisk again.

the problem is a sign of cpu overheating. you should make sure that you have the right heat sink and fan for your cpu. Also, you should chech the clock speed of the cpu in the bios configuration setup. if the heat sink and fan, and the clock speed of the cpu are correct, then you may need to go to the motherboard manufacturer web site to look for an upgrade bios for your motherboard. Hope this helps bye
