I have a plug and play that isnt working, i uninstalled, reinstalled but now its prompting me for software to install the hardware...there clearly isn't any since its plug and play...what can i do? PLEASE HELP!!!

Just because it's plug and pray doesn't mean it doesn't need software or drivers. Doing a Google search came up with this site that doeas have drivers for that device. It also mentioned that pluging in the adaptor into a USB hub may not work.
