Specs: WinXP, P3-600/512
I bought new internal DVD+/-R/RW and put into my pc which os is WinXP.
WinXP has function to copy file into disk.
Now problem is this DVD drive can copy file into CD-R/RW by WinXP.
But Win XP can not copy any file into DVD-/+ R/RW disks by this DVD drive.

How do I can fix this problem?

You can't fix it as far as I know. Win XP is not able to burn files to DVDs. You need to use a program like Roxio or Nero.

Sorry, I do not check for private messages

If you bought the drive in a box you would have also have received a CD (special edition version of Nero or Roxio that supports writing to DVDs). If you bought it OEM (no box), well .....
