I don't know if there is a solution for this without giving the user Admin rights on the server but here it goes.

I have a user that when they try to use HP's DVD burner software they always get an error. Now if i sign on, who has admin rights on the server, it works just fine but anyone who doesn't have admin rights they get the same error. We are just using Microsoft Networks no Novell or anything foriegn. I am just curious to know why this would happen. They aren't deleting any files and they can access all the other normal programs such as Office and IE. Any ideas?

thanks,
rich
