CPU/Ram: Intel 2,8GHz,FSB800;512MD

while playing some games (some work perfect) sometimes my pc crashes to the following bluescreen (after various periods of time):

STOP 0x000000xC MAXIMUM_WAIT_OBJECTS_EXCEEDED

what could cause this problem?

...but what does this mean in the microsoft-article: "It indicates that there are too many wait objects in a wait multiple structure"....how can i fix/prevent this???what causes this???
