WIn xp and modem drivers for rockwe

I have rockwell HCF 56k PCI data/fax modem. i upgraded to win xp and the modem doesnt work. I'm looking for drivers for windows xp for my modem.

any help is appreciated.

I have an hp 6475z with with that same modem

but mine is also a sound card as well

you can find a driver at hp, just look for drivers for a hp 6475z
