I've got an ECS K7S5A motherboard with a Quantum hard-disk capable of UDMA 66 (says so during boot up).

However, in Win XP, under ATAPI/IDE controllers, only PIO mode is possible, even though I have "Use DMA if possible" mode enabled.

On my old M/B with the same HDD, UDMA mode 2 worked. My CDROM can even use UDMA in Win XP! Is there a compatibility problem or something?
