Hi,
You know when you click on Start >> All Programs there this line separate programs. I want to know if anyone knows how to create the separation line.

If I understand you correctly, to create the separation line, you need to move those programs you want above the line into the Start Menu folder under your profile.
Or are you actually talking about the Windows XP view of the programs as opposed to the Windows Classic view?
