For whatever reason when I bring up Windows Task Manager recently it is missing the Users Tab and under view Columns isnt listed, thought it might be a disbaled Fast User Switching in Services, but that didnt seem to change anything, not much info available on this either at least that I could locate?
Thank you.

Try #113 and/or #264 on the left here:
(edit)
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_...The worlds best web page!

That should have worked, was thinking of looking around on there as well, but the Task Manager still doesnt show the Users Tab, still dont see anything relating to the Users Tab under Columns either???

Issue resolved;
as well as doing what aegis suggested using the 2 Registry Editors #113 and/or #264 on the left side from
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_...
Also go to Control Panel then Administrative Tools then Services and find Fast User Switching and make sure that is set to Manual or Automatic and that it is Started, then go to Users Accounts in Control Panel and select Change the way users log on or off and make sure that Use The Welcome Screen and Use Fast User Switching are checked, if the Use fast user switching is grayed out a screen should pop up when you attempt to change options that states that Offline File Sharing is enabled and must be disabled in order to select Fast User Switching, disable Offline File Sharing and then you can select Fast User Switching and the Users Tab in Windows Task Manager should miraculously reappear.
