Win Pic and Fax Viewer Save Error

I'm having problems saving from Windows Picture and Fax Viewer to the Network folders.

Most of the time its working properly, but occasionally i will be prompted with this "Failed to save to the specified location. Make sure the file is not write-protected and there is enough space on the drive to save the image. Copy to Aborted." error message. Saving to harddisk works fine.

Can anyone advise me on this?
