Win EX shut down????

How can I shut down WinEX without using the power off switch???

Do you mean XP? If everything is working right all you have to do is click shut down and it will turn off your computer.

What I meant is, how can I make it totally shut down and power off the computer when I click the shut down from START menu (like in WIN98)?!!!

- Goto Control Panel, then goto Power Options.
- Click on the APM Tab, then check the "Enable Advanced Power Management support."
- Restart your PC. It should now successfully complete the Shut Down process.
I believe Easy CD or CD Creator can cause problems,if it still will not work
