win dvd 7 problem

hi, i have installed windvd 7.0 on my desktop. it was running fine. sound and video, everything is good. but now, it wont load anymore. everything i put in the dvd, i clicked on the icon, nothing happen. any suggestion? beside uninstall and reinstall? thank you for your time

You could try doing a system restore to last known good configuration. Please note that any updates and / or new programs added between last known good configuration and current time will be affected.

Even if you reboot, it may be running in the task manager. Just an FYI. I am the last person to do a reinstall or reload but sometimes you just have to do it.
