I keep on getting popups from "Win Antivirus" that gives a notice to check my computer for free. It leads to several popups to the "Win Antivirus" website. My antivirus software is unable to locate this virus/spyware. I am unable to find help anywhere. Can anyone help? Thanks!

What you have is malware/spyware. These pop-ups are sneaking into your system by being included in some download that you downloaded.
Check the add/remove in your control panel for something similar to what it is advertising about and see if it can be removed that way.
I recommend using these four products as one of them will find the culprit and get rid of it for you.
spywareblaster
spybot s&d
adawareSE
Ccleaner
you can find all of them at various websites like
http://www.majorgeeks.comall are free
one other freebie I realy like is winpatrol
scotty the watch dog will warn you the next time something trys to install itself on your system
