Will not boot

When i try to boot up with adsl modem in usb port it will not boot. If i remove modem it will boot up ok. Any ideas please !

First guess is an IRQ conflict.

With the ADSL plugged in, how far does it get?

how about a driver for adsl modem
is it d-link 302g ? what is ur usb port 1.0 or 2.0
